We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nephrologist to join us in Kona, Hawaii. Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board certification or eligibility in Nephrology.
• Active Hawaii medical license (or ability to obtain one).
• DEA registration and current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered, culturally sensitive care.
• Experience managing dialysis programs and working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Interest in community outreach and patient education.
