Home Dialysis University Hybrid Event Spring 2022
The HDU Hybrid Event is a new approach offering the same robust education on both Peritoneal & Home Hemo Dialysis for both live & remote audiences. Both audiences will experience the same didactic sessions & small group sessions that will allow interaction with faculty to help participants formulate an approach they can use in clinical practice. Nephrologists, graduating nephrology fellows, PAs & NPs are invited to attend this 2-day event. Register by April 29, 2022.
